June is an 85 year old active healthy senior.  She exercises daily, watches her diet, and has a very active social life.  When she was hospitalized for elective surgery, she found she was caught in the system and did not understand her options.  We helped her to not only to navigate the system at the time, also to preplan for any potential future hospitalizations.  "I now know what to do if I need hospitalization in the future."

Charlene Jebens BSN, MBA:

Char has more than 35 years of experience in health care services including patient care, public health, home care and hospice.  She has experience in Life Coaching and has served in the Minnesota, Wisconsin and National Home Care Associations.  She is active in AARP on the Advocacy Team serving on teams related to health care initiatives.  She is currently on the Northwest Hennepin Family Serives Collaborative Governance. Commission and Northwest Hennepin Human ServicesCouncil Senior Leadership Committee.  Char is passionate about helping people to develop a life style plan that will assist them to realize their potential maximum strength and longevity.  She understands the importance of feeling younger in body and mind .

Jody Link:

 Jody has more than 35 years of experience in health care ancillary and support services including more than 25 years of progressive management positions.  She was a member of the orginal Princeton Star City Commission and Princeton Chamber of Commerce.  Jody's expertise lies in her ability to view the entire concept of need and to put that into a perspective and understandable plan.  She has insight into the day to day workings of hospitals and clinics.  Her passion is helping people to achieve self-identified goals.
